Monster of the Month: Abnur Tharn

Although we're nearing the month of June, we are ready to see this month's "Monster". Continuing on with one of the Five Companions, today we are looking at the famous Imperial Chancellor, Abnur Tharn! With this stat block, I decided to embrace the magicka point system for the first time with non player characters. Let me know what you think!
